Their Design Compass methodology helped shape every decision we made, ensuring the product wasn’t just beautiful, but also commercially viable, environmentally responsible, and socially thoughtful. They reimagined the industrial design using wood and metal to create a premium, tactile feel while reducing plastic use. They also significantly lowered our tooling costs—by more than 60%. The project was managed in three milestones, initial requirements capture, design refinement via Kensa's stakeholders and final design selection. At all three stages, the expected work was delivered on time and presented succinctly. Any questions or concerns were raised in good time so both parties were capable of solving them within the time scales given. I felt that Bang Creations has a wide range of skills within their team that made me confident that they understood and could develop any technical nuance that arises with ground source heat pumps. I was also particularly impressed by how quickly they could disseminate the needs for the project into usable concepts.
