To design a new ‘halo’ product to establish and lift customer perception of Silverpoint, the brand name of an outdoor importing and distribution business.

A wide variety of different products at different price points all of which were at lower price end of the competitive set. No coherent message or brand identity leading to limited end-user brand recognition combined with insufficient funds or time for developing a the new product.
Diverting the available funds to brand rather than product development and creating a new personal identity, lifting and segmenting the product by price points.
Created a new and individual brand look and feel supported by brochures, a brand ‘bible’, new packaging, a show stand and product specification enabling the business to successfully raise their retail prices by 20% whilst maintaining positive customer feedback.
